My philosophy

I pride myself on creating a safe gender-affirming space in my studio, and am registered with the ACON Welcome Here program. Singing is a form of self identity and expression. I believe everyone should have the support to explore their singing voice safely and in a supportive environment.

A little about me

In 2020 I was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to investigate vocal technique and care of the transgender singing voice in the applied voice studio, with the aim to positively impact the experience of transgender and gender diverse singers in Australia.

I’ve worked with trans and gender diverse singers for over 10 years, and am passionate about providing outstanding singing training whilst providing an encouraging, safe space for singers to explore and discover their true voice.
If you’re looking for singing training and would like to discover your own voice, I’d love to work with you.
